To make your domain load the website hosted with 7x, your domain needs to use the correct nameservers. This guide shows you how to set them.

Step 1: Find Your 7x Nameservers

Your welcome email and the Client Area service details list the nameservers assigned to your hosting account. They typically look like ns1.se7enx.com and ns2.se7enx.com. To confirm yours:

1. Log in at https://my.se7enx.com/.
2. Go to Services → My Services and click your hosting plan.
3. The nameservers are shown in the service details section.

Step 2: Update Nameservers at Your Registrar

If your domain is registered with 7x, go to Domains → My Domains, click the wrench icon beside the domain, and choose Nameservers. If the domain is registered elsewhere (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.), log in to that registrar’s control panel instead:

1. Find the domain’s Nameserver or DNS settings.
2. Replace the existing nameservers with the 7x nameservers from Step 1.
3. Save the changes.

Step 3: Wait for Propagation

DNS changes can take up to 24–48 hours to propagate worldwide, though they often complete within a few hours. During this time your site may load intermittently — this is normal.

Alternative: Keep Your Existing DNS Provider
