Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of protection to your 7x Client Area account. Even if someone learns your password, they cannot log in without the code from your device.

Step 1: Install an Authenticator App

If you don’t already have one, install a free authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy.

Step 2: Enable 2FA in the Client Area

  1. Log in to your account at https://my.se7enx.com/.
  2. Go to Your Profile → Security Settings (or click your name in the top menu and choose Security).
  3. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.

Step 3: Link Your Authenticator App

  1. A QR code will appear on screen. Open your authenticator app and scan it.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code shown in the app to confirm setup.
  3. Save your backup code somewhere safe — it lets you log in if you lose your phone.

Using 2FA Day to Day

Each time you log in, enter your password as usual, then open your authenticator app and type the current 6-digit code. Codes refresh every 30 seconds.

If You Lose Your Device

Use your saved backup code to log in, then disable and re-enable 2FA with a new device. If you have lost both your device and backup code, contact 7x support for identity verification.
